- 행사 관련 안내 (일정 변경, 행사 공지 등)
- 행사 관련 동영상 촬영 초상권
- 만족도 조사 및 통계적 분석을 통한 서비스 개선

2. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
- 필수 항목: 이름, 소속, 직위, 핸드폰번호, 이메일

3. 개인정보 보유 및 이용 기간
- 사전등록일로부터 목적 달성 시까지(행사 종료 후 1개월간 보관)

4. 개인정보 제공 및 위탁
본 기관은 원활한 행사 운영을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보를 제공하거나 위탁할 수 있습니다.
- 위탁받는 자: ㈜비볼드커뮤니케이션즈(TEL. 02-2276-0811)
- 제공 목적: 사전등록 확인, 행사관련 안내 및 동영상 촬영 초상권
- 보유 및 이용 기간: 2025년 8월 25일 ~ 11월 25일

5. 동의 거부 권리 및 불이익 귀하는 개인정보 수집 및 이용에 대한 동의를 거부할 권리가 있습니다. 다만, 필수 항목에 대한 동의를 거부할 경우, 사전등록 및 행사 참여가 제한될 수 있습니다.


Privacy Policy and Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information

1. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
In accordance with Articles 15 and 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, the Korea Legislation Research Institute (KLRI) collects and uses your personal information for the following purposes:

To provide event-related information (e.g., schedule changes, announcements, notifications)

To obtain consent for portrait rights related to event photography and video recording

To conduct satisfaction surveys and statistical analysis for service improvement

2. Items of Personal Information Collected

Required items: Name, organization/affiliation, position/title, mobile phone number, email address

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

Personal information will be retained and used from the date of pre-registration until the purpose of collection is fulfilled (kept for one month after the event concludes).

4. Provision and Entrustment of Personal Information
For the smooth operation of the event, personal information may be provided or entrusted as follows:

Purpose of provision/entrustment: Pre-registration verification, event-related notifications, and consent for photography and video recording

Retention/use period: From August 25, 2025 to November 25, 2025

5. Right to Refuse Consent and Possible Limitations
You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal information.
However, please note that refusal to provide consent for required items may result in limitations on pre-registration and participation in the event.
